Meet Jaime
Owner - Lead Planner - Designer
Jaime Tosti is an award-winning wedding planner specializing in design and event management. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she grew up surrounded by flowers in her family’s wholesale floral business, where she developed an early love for beauty, detail, and thoughtful event design. Jaime has been working in the wedding and events industry since 2010, building over a decade of hands-on experience alongside respected professionals and cultivating strong, trusted relationships within the vendor community. In 2018, she launched her own planning company, turning her lifelong passion into a business rooted in care, organization, and creativity. She is known for her calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and ability to take a couple’s vision and turn it into a beautifully executed celebration that feels personal and effortless. Her favorite part of the job is truly caring for her couples and making the planning process feel supported and enjoyable from start to finish. Jaime lives in Santa Rosa, California, with her husband, three daughters, and their golden retriever. When she is not planning weddings, she spends time with her family and enjoys life in Sonoma County.
